I have a question. My first csection was an emergency section. It was at a teaching hospital. I remember being sat down up right like this mom here and the anesthesiologist was asking me what sude of the spine i felt the needle,is that necessary? So she sprayed or injected that anesthesia in and it felt like burning and stabbing pains,why?

The first time I ever did mindful eating was to avocado on an everything bagel and it was one of the best experiences I had with food. This morning I used the same video to guide me to mindfully eat my pancakes for breakfast and felt similar feelings. 100% love this!

My son has lumbar meningocele tethered cord he is 5 years.But alhumdullah my son is good. He can do normal activities like normal baby.No discrepancy found. MRI Report forward to a indian doctor he said that at the bignning no problm...later it no problm.

So that’s where my tendon came from

Nursing is far from easy. However it’s worth it imo, there are SO many different things you can do with a nursing degree! However if you’re in it for the money- don’t do it. You won’t be happy! But if you’re someone who leads with integrity, an empathetic heart, and is willing to be a leader for those who can’t speak, or understand the complexity of health - then go for it. The sky is the limit. 8 years and in I’m thankful I pushed through. 🎉❤ cheers to the nurses who do it for their patients- nurses who know what it’s like to be on the other side of the bed! Treat your patients with uncommon compassion. Build up the next generation of nurses!

I listen to this while eating soup 😅 „hold it in your hand“ 😂 … but seriously this really helps me. I suffer from a (recurring) gut inflammation since one week and decided to really change something about my habits. I eat super healthy and yet those issues don’t go away entirely, so I guess they are emotional. Now while slowing down, I noticed that I am very anxious when I eat and when I allowed myself to feel that feeling, I got very emotional and realized growing up with a mother that has a severe eating disorder really affects my emotions while eating. It makes so much sense, because fear is what my mother radiated in the whole process of preparing and eating food and as a kid I soaked all that in every time we sat down at the dinner table.

Um one question ik this might be stupid but for someone who really wants to become a surgeon one day i wanna ask are they awake when you guys do this?

Thank you for sharing your story. Mine is very similar. And, my CHF was found almost in the same manner.

This goes to show that it really doesn't matter how old you are to have a stroke..... anyone can have a stroke at any age and any time! And sometimes kids can have them for the same reasons as adults.

I hate the spinal block. Just being bent over is so uncomfortable and then them digging that in ur back hurts and then they not being able to find the spot hurts more and then you get so scared that you start thinking they wont ever find it and then they ask you questions like do it feel it on the right side or left . And im like wtf I literally cannot tell what is what.
